I drove here specifically to buy a storage tub. After finding a few options, I asked an employee for help. She was clearly not interested in working, or being helpful that day. So instead of going with the original product I had selected, because she couldn't be bothered to find the lids for that style (who is willing to buy storage tubs without lids anyway?), I chose a different style. The purchasing process went fine, seemingly concluding my brico adventure. When I arrived at the car, I noticed one of the closures was missing, so the lid wouldn't latched. I went back to the front door, where the security guy said the return area was in the merchandise recuperation area(not marked anywhere), not such a big deal. Back out the door I go, to the separate door with the merchandise recuperation, and apparently the returns area. I guess I should be thanking them for helping me get my steps. But there, they just do the return and won't go get the merchandise, as the name of the department might imply. So you have to go back into the store, grab the product a second time and wait in line a second time. While getting the second tub, I decided I had better double check everything: first tub, all closures, but missing wheels; second tub: missing closure; third tub missing closure. Finally, the fourth (fifth if you count the already returned item) one is complete. Typical corporate ridiculousness, make the customer jump through every hoop possible to cleanup after their mistake. What happened to customer service? On the plus side, they had plenty of selection, and you could have a beer right outside the front door at the little food stand. In retrospect, I probably should have stopped for a beer before going in the second time.

Big DIY store selling everything you need for house and home. Huge choice, from lighting to garden products. Prices are correct and staff very helpful. Free car park and outdoor shopping area for heavy stuff. Public toilets.
